Role Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a 4-month contract. This is a hands-on, high-volume role focused on processing customer reports, correcting order information, and maintaining accurate records. You will play a critical role in supporting our operations during a period of rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and review tens of customer reports daily with high accuracy
- Input and update data across multiple systems to maintain accurate records
- Identify and correct errors in orders and customer information
- Flag inconsistencies and issues for review by the technical team
- Maintain organized documentation of all corrections and updates
- Follow established data entry protocols while suggesting process improvements
- Ensure all customer information is handled with confidentiality and care
- Meet daily processing targets while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong typing skills and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, web applications)
