Role Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a 4-month contract. This is a hands-on, high-volume role focused on processing customer reports, correcting order information, and maintaining accurate records. You will play a critical role in supporting our operations during a period of rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and review tens of customer reports daily with high accuracy
  • Input and update data across multiple systems to maintain accurate records
  • Identify and correct errors in orders and customer information
  • Flag inconsistencies and issues for review by the technical team
  • Maintain organized documentation of all corrections and updates
  • Follow established data entry protocols while suggesting process improvements
  • Ensure all customer information is handled with confidentiality and care
  • Meet daily processing targets while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
