The role
- Source, brief, and manage UGC creators across platforms
- Write scripts and creative briefs that translate Qoves' tone into content that converts
- Run structured creative tests and iterate fast based on performance data
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of assets — organic and paid
- Identify winning formats and scale them across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
About you
- 3+ years in UGC production or performance creative
- Proven experience managing creators and running high-volume pipelines
- Strong instinct for what performs on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
- You can write a brief, read a dashboard, and make a call — fast
- Based in London
