We are hiring our first in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist to own recruitment end to end. You will run the full hiring process, from writing the brief with hiring managers through sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and assessments, and supporting offers. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role based with the team at The Library in London, and you will shape how we attract talent as we scale.
- Experience owning the full recruitment lifecycle: briefing, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
- Strong candidate assessment judgement and the ability to filter for quality quickly and fairly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with outreach that gets responses from in-demand candidates.
- Comfortable working on-site with the team five days a week.
- Experience hiring across international or distributed teams and managing a contractor workforce.
