About Qover
We are Qover, a leading insurtech scale-up that has raised $100 million. With an international team of 160+ colleagues based in Brussels and beyond, we help companies orchestrate digital embedded insurance experiences - creating meaningful connections with their community and enabling their success. Since Qover was founded in 2016, our co-founders have had a clear vision of the future of insurance: it must be simple, transparent, and accessible across borders - a global safety net. Our platform protects 15M+ users across 32 European countries and works with longstanding partners like Revolut, Mastercard, BMW, Canyon, and Monzo, among many others.
The Team
Qover's Customer Growth team owns the commercial life of our enterprise partnerships once they go live. We are the people accountable for whether a partnership performs, whether it grows, and whether our partners see enough value in the programme to expand it. Customer Growth Managers spend their time understanding our partners’ businesses well enough to see the next opportunity before the partner asks for it, then mobilising the rest of Qover to deliver it. You will manage an exciting and high-complexity enterprise portfolio. Embedded insurance is one of the fastest-moving parts of European financial services, and our partners are building it into products used by millions of people every day. We are looking for someone who wants to shape how those programmes grow, not simply keep them running.
As a Customer Growth Manager, you will:
- Own a portfolio of Qover's most significant enterprise partners across Financial Services, Mobility, and our Insurer and Broker ecosystem.
- Grow revenue within that portfolio, protecting the performance of live programs while creating and qualifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities into new products and new markets.
- Set the direction for each account through a growth plan that defines the objectives, the KPIs, and the internal work required to hit them.
- Build relationships across every level of your partners' organisations, from operational teams through to C-level; developing comprehensive stakeholder mapping and engagement plans.
- Deliver quarterly business reviews and partner conversations grounded in performance data, giving partners insight into their programmes rather than a status update.
- Identify renewal and churn risk early, and run a plan to address it before it becomes a negotiation.
- Work across Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Sales to drive your accounts forward, keeping teams aligned on priorities, timelines, and risks.
- Act as the voice of your partners inside Qover, shaping the product roadmap with evidence of what your accounts need and what it is worth.
- Work with Sales to convert the opportunities you create, and with Partnerships where risk carriers or market expansion are involved.
You will be measured on baseline revenue growth across your portfolio, opportunities created and qualified, new products and markets launched, retention and renewal outcomes, and partner advocacy.
Who you are:
- You have 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Partner Management, or business consulting, in B2B SaaS, fintech, financial services, or insurance.
- You have grown enterprise accounts in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, and have owned or materially contributed to a commercial target from an existing customer base.
- You build account plans and work them, rather than writing them once and revisiting them at renewal.
- You size and prioritise expansion opportunities, and can structure the commercial case for one and present it to a senior audience on both sides.
- You negotiate scope, timelines, and expectations well, including declining requests in a way that keeps the relationship intact.
- You work directly with performance data, and turn analysis into a recommendation a partner will act on.
- You coordinate work across teams you have no authority over, and are comfortable escalating early with a defined ask.
- You use AI tooling as a real part of how you work, whether that is preparing for partner conversations, interrogating account data, or removing repetitive work from your week.
We would be really excited if you have:
- Experience in insurance, embedded finance, or payments, though this is not essential. Genuine curiosity about a complex product matters more.
- Worked with partners in fintech, mobility, or travel.
- Experience with HubSpot, Looker, Jira, or comparable CRM and analytics tooling.
- Additional European languages, given the markets we operate in.
What we offer:
- A flexible work environment: hybrid schedule and the ability to work from anywhere one month per year.
- Generous time off.
- Global WeWork subscription for remote employees (London and Europe), or our Qover-dedicated space in Brussels (Rue du Commerce 31), which has a large terrace for team events.
- A company culture that values teamwork and initiative, alongside regular social events.
- A collaborative environment where everyone is welcomed, valued, and accepted regardless of nationality, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, or philosophical or political views.
- The chance to shape a function at a genuine inflection point, at one of Europe's fastest-growing InsurTech.
