Qomply is a technology-led FinTech and RegTech company providing specialist transaction reporting solutions to investment firms operating across complex global regulatory regimes. We build software for highly regulated financial markets, combining deep regulatory expertise with advanced technology to help firms improve accuracy, oversight, and control.
We are looking for a curious, creative, and commercially aware Marketing Intern who can support the development of clear, engaging, and professional marketing content for a specialist B2B audience.
The Role:
As a Marketing Intern at Qomply, you will work closely with senior leaders to help position our technology in the market, strengthen our brand presence, and support business growth. This role offers real responsibility and exposure, not busywork.
You Will:
- Create and optimise marketing content for the website, campaigns, social media, and client communications
- Work with senior stakeholders to translate technical, regulatory, and commercial insight into clear, compelling written and visual marketing materials
- Produce high-quality content for LinkedIn, website pages, articles, case studies, and thought leadership
- Design professional marketing assets using Photoshop and other relevant tools
- Support marketing events, including webinars, industry events, roundtables, client sessions, and in-person activities
- Support PR-related activity, including drafting communications, preparing media materials, identifying relevant opportunities, and helping strengthen Qomply’s external profile
- Support SEO strategy and execution to attract, engage, and convert the right audiences
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour to inform content and campaign decisions
- Analyse engagement and content performance, using insight to recommend improvements
- Learn how AI-driven tools can be used responsibly to support marketing research, content creation, and optimisation
What You Need:
- Completed a degree in Marketing, Psychology, Communications, Business, Design, or a related degree
- Strong writing skills and the ability to produce clear, professional, and persuasive content
- Experience or exposure to digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, or SEO
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to leverage technology effectively
- An understanding of the buyer’s perspective and how audiences evaluate solutions
- An understanding of how to measure engagement and interpret audience behaviour
- Professionalism, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine desire to learn
- B2B exposure is a major advantage
You Should Have:
- A strong interest in technology and its commercial application
- An interest in finance, financial services, or working in a finance-focused environment
- SEO awareness and an understanding of how audiences discover solutions online
- Familiarity with publishing or formatting content for the web
- A good eye for design, layout, brand consistency, and visual communication
- An interest in learning AI-enabled techniques for marketing, audience targeting, and content optimisation
- The ability to work independently, take ownership, and remain accountable for outcomes
- The ability to work effectively in a team and under pressurised timelines
- High levels of drive, enthusiasm, curiosity, and a positive attitude
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Why Qomply?
- You’ll work in a technology-first environment where innovation is practical, visible, and part of everyday work
- You’ll gain hands-on experience in RegTech, SaaS, B2B marketing, and financial services
- You’ll work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to real campaigns, clients, events, and market-facing activity
- You’ll contribute to meaningful marketing work that supports Qomply’s brand, growth, and external presence
- You’ll develop practical, transferable skills in content, design, digital marketing, PR, events, and analytics
- You’ll be trusted with real responsibility in a fast-moving business, not limited to routine internship tasks
