About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive ready to take the next step. We need someone to support and progressively take ownership of the marketing roadmap. This is not a coordination role. You will be building, writing, launching, and optimising campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll play a key role in driving brand visibility, pipeline generation, and thought leadership in a fast-growing SaaS business operating in the regulatory space.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute the marketing roadmap across content, PR, digital, and campaigns
- Create high-quality content including articles, insights, and campaign materials
- Manage and grow our social media presence with engaging, varied content
- Plan and optimise paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn)
- Drive SEO and emerging AEO (AI/answer-based search) strategies
- Run email campaigns, newsletters, and lead nurturing workflows
- Lead press and media activity, including writing releases and securing coverage
- Build relationships with journalists and identify PR opportunities
- Create visual assets (banners, social content) to support campaigns
- Track performance and continuously optimise across all channels
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a hands-on B2B marketing role (SaaS, fintech, or professional services preferred)
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Experience across digital channels including paid media and SEO
- Understanding of PR and when to use different communication channels
- Ability to independently plan and deliver against a marketing roadmap
- Highly organised, proactive, and execution-focused
- Comfortable working with tools such as Google Ads, analytics platforms, and design tools (e.g. Photoshop/Canva)
- You may currently be a Marketing Executive or Senior Executive looking to step up into a broader, more autonomous role
