We are looking for a Principal Agile Delivery Consultant/Team Lead to drive the success of the business by leading project teams focused on delivering high-quality solutions to our clients, and help to develop and grow our Agile Delivery capabilities as one of our Team Leads.

About the Role
You will be responsible for leading project teams as well as providing thought leadership and expertise to support our sales department in expanding existing accounts through effective discovery and consultancy activities, providing advice and recommendations, based on knowledge and experience, to address client needs. You will ideally have a variety of roles in a variety of domains in your background such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Agile Lead along with Team Leadership. Familiarity with Cloud technology would be hugely beneficial along with experience in working on cross discipline projects – Data, AI/ML, Platform, App Dev, Security – in a consultancy environment. This is a customer facing role so strong presentation skills are important and there is a requirement for occasional travel to customer sites.
What You\’ll Do
Business Analysis and Product Ownership
Comprehensive analysis of business operations, information systems, and technical infrastructures
Estimate, plan and implement the analysis activity for projects and engagements; including leading the engagement with stakeholders to understand their requirements and sometimes challenge their value
Effective requirement elicitation, management and traceability, functional and nonfunctional;
Manage the backlog as ‘Product Owner\’ on behalf of the client, maximise value delivered, validate features and support test activity
Work closely with technical professionals to lead effective discovery to enable development of solutions that deliver value, understand business benefits and dependencies
Deliver agreed outcomes from projects using appropriate project management techniques, collaboration, leadership and governance
Agile Methodology and Scrum Framework
Tailor the Agile approach according to the project context; facilitate Agile events and assist others to understand the Agile approach and selected framework
Coach others (inside & outside of the Agile Delivery function) on topics such as elicitation methods, estimation, iterative development etc
Create and deliver presentations to demonstrate delivered features and explain how they meet client needs
Effectively monitor and report Agile metrics against each allocated project
Effectively monitor the delivery team compliance with Agile Delivery function standards, intervening as appropriate where improvements are required
Actively promote agile methodologies and frameworks as an organisational strength to customers
Principal Agile Delivery Consultant/Team Lead – Overall
Provide thought leadership and expertise to develop and drive strategic Agile Delivery initiatives
Lead an Agile Delivery Team: team accountability, task delegation and communication
Empower team growth by providing guidance, support, development opportunities, and addressing skill gaps
Help to evolve the Agile Delivery function by sharing knowledge and skills
Improve organisational performance by developing the performance of projects and workgroups to meet agreed objectives with measurable results
Work with the Sales function to assist with project scoping/discovery activity and sales meetings to support expansion in existing accounts or new opportunities and help customers understand the value of Agile Delivery
Proactively communicate with stakeholders; tailoring communications to the audience
Ability to work on multiple projects (client and internal) at the same time, managing own time appropriately, without supervision
Proactively manage utilisation of team and strive to achieve the best margin from client projects

Comfortable in navigating uncertainty and able to flex management style to suit the context / needs of key stakeholders
