We are a global technology group built for what's next, offering high calibre professionals the platform for high‑stakes work, the kind of work that defines an entire career. When you join us, you're not just taking on projects, you're solving problems that don't even have answers yet. Forget routine consultancy. You will operate where technology, design, and human behaviour meet to deliver tangible outcomes, fast.
This hybrid role encompasses Google Workspace, the advanced generative AI capabilities of Gemini for Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise, Google Cloud Identity, and Chrome Enterprise. You will act as a trusted advisor during the pre‑sales phase to scope projects and design transformative strategies, and then seamlessly transition into a hands‑on delivery expert to implement configurations and manage migrations. Crucially, you will recognise when technical deployments require robust Change Management, working in close partnership with our Change & Training experts to ensure successful user adoption and long‑term success.
Strategic Advisory & Pre‑Sales- Proactively collaborate with the sales team to qualify opportunities, capture client requirements, and develop compelling proposals and Statements of Work (SoWs) that accurately scope project effort.
- Act as a technical evangelist in customer meetings, delivering engaging presentations and live demonstrations of Google's Digital Workplace solutions, with a particular focus on demonstrating the value of Gemini.
- Respond to RFPs and RFIs, clearly articulating Qodea's differentiators and technical value proposition.
- Provide hands‑on technical implementation, configuring customer environments across the Google Digital Workplace ecosystem (Workspace, Cloud Identity, Chrome Enterprise and Gemini) to meet specific design requirements.
- Lead the technical deployment and configuration of Gemini for Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise, ensuring appropriate licensing, data security, and compliance guardrails are firmly in place.
- Manage and execute complex data migrations to Google Workspace from various source environments, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
- Provide basic workflow enhancements and automation support using tools like Google Apps Script and AppSheet when required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the Digital Workplace ecosystem, providing 3rd‑line support and technical fixes.
- Partner closely with Change Management consultants to align technical deployment strategies with user adoption plans, identifying risks and ensuring clients realise the full value of their investments.
- Conduct technical workshops, security and governance reviews, and administrative training sessions for clients.
- Create and disseminate thought leadership content (blogs, whitepapers) and internal documentation to support knowledge sharing.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with Google counterparts, staying up‑to‑date with the latest product roadmaps (especially around AI), and feeding insights back to refine Qodea's service offerings.
- Technical Breadth & Depth: In‑depth, hands‑on experience deploying, configuring, and administering Google Workspace environments (core services, user lifecycle, mail routing, robust security configurations like 2SV, access controls, DLP).
- Generative AI Expertise: A strong understanding of Gemini for Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise, including deployment methodologies, use‑case identification, prompting best practices, and data security considerations.
- Consulting & Pre‑sales: Demonstrable experience in a technical pre‑sales, consulting, or advisory role. You must be able to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business solutions and confidently influence decision‑makers.
- Change Management Partnership: Strong appreciation for the human side of digital transformation, with the ability to identify when change management interventions are needed and collaborate effectively with change specialists.
- Migration Expertise: A solid understanding of data migration processes, strategies, and tools, with the ability to articulate risks and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of capturing detailed requirements, writing accurate SoWs, and presenting to diverse audiences.
- Certification: Possession of the Google Workspace Administrator certification (or equivalent credential demonstrating core expertise).
- Multiple certifications across the Google Digital Workplace ecosystem (e.g., Associate Google Workspace Administrator, Professional Chrome Enterprise Administrator, Cloud Digital Leader, Generative AI Leader).
- Knowledge and hands‑on experience with identity management (e.g., advanced Google Cloud Identity, Okta) and synchronisation tools (GCDS, GCPW).
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management solutions and ChromeOS deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with Google Apps Script and low‑code platforms (like AppSheet) to support workflow digitisation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft workplace technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Entra ID) to support customer transitions.
