As the Head of Marketing at Qodea, you will be the primary architect of our brand narrative and growth engine across the European market. Qodea isn't just a service provider; we are the engine of digital transformation for some of the world's most ambitious enterprises. In this role, you will lead the "1+1=3" strategy—leveraging our elite status as a Google Cloud Premier Partner to create co-marketing initiatives that drive massive pipeline growth. You will own the end-to-end marketing lifecycle, from high-level brand positioning to the granular execution of demand-gen campaigns powered by AI.

Role Responsibilities
- Strategic GTM Ownership: Define and execute a comprehensive multi-country marketing strategy that aligns Qodea's specialised services (AI, Data Analytics, Infrastructure) with Google Cloud's regional priorities.
- Google Cloud Alliance: Act as the primary liaison with Google Cloud's regional marketing teams. Secure and optimise Market Development Funds (MDF) and drive participation in flagship events like Google Cloud Next.
- Demand Generation & Pipeline Velocity: Own the lead generation engine with direct responsibility for hitting Lead, MQL, and SQL targets as per FY27 planning outputs.
- Inbound & Email Excellence: Design and manage sophisticated email nurturing campaigns within HubSpot, identifying and segmenting target leads that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Sales Enablement & Alignment: Work closely with sales personnel to ensure a seamless, timely hand-off of leads following marketing activity, maintaining a strict feedback loop on lead quality.
- Content as Conversation: Strategically deploy "hero" collateral—including Generative AI white papers and executive webinars—to entice high-value conversations and move prospects through the funnel.
- Event Operations & Logistics: Lead the coordination, design, and physical operation of trade shows and bespoke events. This includes everything from booth setup and vendor management to prospect check-ins.
- Data Integrity: Ensure all event intelligence is captured and actionable by uploading lead and attendance information to SFDC immediately post-event.
- Leadership & Innovation: Champion the use of Google Gemini and AI tools to accelerate content creation, personalise journeys, and gain predictive market insights.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team (Content, Events, Digital, and Product Marketing) while embodying the Qodea ethos of accountability and innovation.

Essential Experience
- B2B Leadership: Significant marketing experience, specifically in a leadership role within the B2B SaaS, Cloud, or IT Services sector.
- Ecosystem Expertise: Deep understanding of the Google Cloud Partner Advantage program and the ability to navigate a large partner ecosystem.
- Technical Marketing Stack: Hands-on proficiency in HubSpot (for automation/email) and Salesforce (for pipeline tracking and reporting).
- Commercial Acumen: Treat the marketing budget as an investment portfolio, with a sharp focus on CAC, LTV, and ROI.
- Operational Grit: Comfortable managing trade show logistics and data entry as well as presenting a 12-month strategy to the board.
- Regional Knowledge: Proven experience managing marketing efforts across diverse European markets (UK, DACH, Benelux, etc.).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable discussing complex topics like Vertex AI, BigQuery, and Anthos with CTO-level stakeholders.
