How You'll Shape Our Success

As a Senior Trainer, you are a commercial consultant and an expert facilitator capable of designing and delivering highly complex, bespoke learning pathways. You do not just deliver off-the-shelf courses; you architect learning experiences that solve specific, complex business problems for our enterprise clients.

At this level, you operate with high commercial independence. You will confidently and independently run Training Needs Analyses (TNAs) for training engagements, actively contribute to pre-sales proposals, and identify upsell opportunities directly from the classroom. You will also take a leading role in designing premium content for our recurring revenue training products.

Your Shared Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Design: Design, build, and deliver complex, bespoke training materials and learning pathways from scratch, based on customer training needs.
  • Independent Integration: Capable of independently running Training Needs Analyses and scoping requirements for Google Workspace SoWs without oversight from the Change Management team.
  • Commercial Impact: Understand project Statements of Work (SoWs) deeply. Draft standard training SoWs, contribute to pre-sales pitches, and actively identify/flag upsell opportunities spotted during classroom delivery.
  • Contractor QA & Onboarding: When freelance trainers are deployed on your projects, act as their quality assurance lead. Brief them on the training, hand over Beyond-standard curriculum, and peer-review their delivery to ensure absolute consistency for our clients.
  • Productisation: Take a leading role in designing premium, high-margin sessions for Beyond's recurring revenue training products.
  • Mentorship: Mentor Core trainers, peer-review course materials, and champion continuous improvement in facilitation techniques.
  • Technical expertise: Deliver high-value, bespoke workflow training. Ability to learn about and specialise in advanced Gemini Enterprise masterclasses, AppSheet, and Apps Script automation to solve specific departmental challenges.

What You’ll Need to Succeed Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Significant experience delivering technical or bespoke training programmes to enterprise audiences.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with experience scoping training requirements and contributing to Statements of Work.
  • Excellent curriculum design skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into engaging, business-focused learning.
  • Advanced Google Workspace knowledge and proven experience delivering AI/Gemini or low-code automation training.
