As a Business Development Representative at Qodea, you will be the engine of organic pipeline growth, focused on initiating high-value conversations and qualifying strategic opportunities within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). You will expertly convert marketing-generated leads into genuine sales opportunities, and proactively identify and engage key decision-makers in target enterprise accounts.

Role Responsibilities
- Enterprise Pipeline Generation
- Proactive Prospecting: Strategically identify, map, and engage C-level and key decision-makers within identified enterprise-level ICP accounts through multi-channel outreach (email, social, phone).
- Opportunity Creation: Exceed monthly and quarterly targets for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and meetings booked for the Account Executive team.
- Strategic Messaging: Quickly articulate Qodea's value proposition across AI, cloud, and data transformation to resonate with the specific challenges of enterprise clients.
- Inbound Conversion: Rigorously qualify and follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated from marketing activities such as executive webinars, content downloads, and trade shows.
- Discovery & Qualification: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand the prospect's technical and business landscape, budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
- Seamless Handoff: Work closely with the Sales teams to ensure a clean, detailed, and timely hand-off of qualified opportunities.
- CRM Management (SFDC): Maintain impeccable data integrity and logging of all activities, outreach sequences, and prospect interactions within Salesforce (SFDC).
- Tech Proficiency: Expertly use prospecting and outreach platforms to execute sophisticated, personalised engagement sequences at scale.
Requirements
- Enterprise Business Development: Strong, proven experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) role, specifically targeting large, complex enterprise accounts.
- Exceeding Targets: Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly SQL/meeting targets.
- Sales Funnels: Deep understanding of the full sales cycle and the BDR's role in pipeline development and acceleration.
- Technical Sales Stack: Hands-on proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and modern sales engagement platforms.
- Resilience & Drive: The tenacity and operational grit required to manage a high-volume, high-value pipeline in a competitive market.
