We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to lead day-to-day execution of our demand generation and attraction strategies. The role is varied, using events and thought leadership collateral to attract and engage with key people within identified ICP accounts.

Marketing Automation & Campaign Operations

  • Platform Excellence (HubSpot/SFDC): Design, manage, and execute sophisticated email nurturing campaigns and inbound lead flows within HubSpot, ensuring technical integrity and optimal performance. This includes identifying and segmenting target leads that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Full-Funnel Accountability: Support the lead generation engine with key responsibility for hitting Lead, MQL, and SQL targets as per FY27 planning outputs.
  • Content Deployment: Use marketing collateral, including Generative AI white papers and executive webinars, to attract and engage with target audiences.
  • AI-Driven Insights: Champion the use of data-driven insights to maximise ROI of marketing spend.

Event Logistics & Data Management

  • End-to-End Event Management: Lead the coordination, design, and physical operation of trade shows and bespoke events. This includes everything from vendor management and booth setup to prospect check-ins and on-site logistics.
  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure all event intelligence is captured, clean, and actionable by uploading lead and attendance information to SFDC immediately post-event.

Sales Enablement & Pipeline Alignment

  • Seamless Handoff: Work closely with sales personnel to ensure a seamless, timely hand-off of leads following marketing activity, maintaining a strict feedback loop on lead quality and sales outcomes.

Essential Experience:

  • Marketing Operations: Significant marketing operations experience, able to execute a variety of attraction techniques to generate product demand.
  • Marketing Funnels: Deep understanding of an attract → engage → delight marking approach.
  • Technical Marketing Stack: Hands-on proficiency in HubSpot (for automation/email) and Salesforce (for pipeline tracking and reporting).
  • Operational Grit: You are as comfortable managing trade show logistics and data entry as you support delivery against FY27 plan.
