About the opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to join a new and developing energy facility where your experience will directly influence how maintenance, reliability, and engineering standards are established. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative site team, working hands-on with advanced process technology.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintaining and improving process plant availability and reliability
  • Delivering planned maintenance while responding effectively to breakdowns
  • Supporting continuous improvement of maintenance strategies and procedures
  • Recording all maintenance activities within the site CMMS
  • Working alongside Operations to optimise plant performance
  • Supporting spares, critical equipment, and materials management
  • Actively participating in HAZOPs, risk assessments, and safety reviews

About you:

  • Qualified to Level 3 in a mechanical or electrical discipline
  • Background in industrial, energy, waste, chemical, or manufacturing plant
  • Comfortable working in a developing environment where processes are still being refined
  • Safety-focused, methodical, and proactive
  • Willing to support flexible working arrangements and site on-call cover

Advantageous experience:

  • 18th Edition
  • CMMS implementation or optimisation
  • Instrumentation, control, or automation exposure
  • Writing or improving maintenance and safety documentation
