QLM Search is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to deliver major supply chain projects across a multi-site meat processing business.

You will work with the Executive Team and senior leaders to own a portfolio of programmes, ensuring priorities are defined, resourced and delivered on time.

The role requires hands-on delivery, ability to navigate complex operations, manage dependencies across procurement, planning, logistics and production, and to recover off‑track initiatives.
