We are exclusively partnering with a globally recognised food & beverage company to recruit an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner (Divisional Finance Director). This newly created role is central to providing strategic commercial finance support across global and regional markets, driving strategy, profitability and operational/commercial excellence.
As a trusted finance partner, you’ll work directly with senior leaders and divisional Managing Directors providing insightful analytics, forecasting, and strategic advice that influence critical business decisions. Your insights will help shape commercial strategies, product launches, pricing structures, and route-to-market plans, enabling sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a strategic advisor to commercial leaders, proactively driving financial and operational insights across multiple markets.
- Develop and implement robust forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes aligned with global strategic objectives.
- Provide in-depth commercial analysis to support pricing, product innovation, and investment decisions.
- Lead financial evaluation of market opportunities, competitive threats, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Enhance reporting processes, dashboards, and analytics capabilities, delivering timely and accurate financial information to senior stakeholders.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to optimise commercial and operational efficiency.
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with extensive commercial finance experience within FMCG, beverages, or consumer sectors.
- Proven experience partnering at senior management and executive level, influencing key business decisions.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills; adept at influencing at all levels.
- Proactive, commercially astute, and comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Experience of global or regional finance roles beneficial.
