With significant white-space across UK retail and key European markets, the business now requires a highly credible Sales Director to accelerate distribution, elevate retailer engagement, and drive commercial strategy at Board level.
The Role
- Lead and deliver a commercial growth strategy across the UK and Europe.
- Unlock white-space opportunities in major retailers, new channels, and emerging European markets.
- Own top-to-top customer relationships, driving joint business planning and long-term partnerships.
- Strengthen internal alignment across Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to support growth plans.
- Develop and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring strong execution and accountability.
- Act as a key member of the Board, influencing long-term commercial direction.
The Profile
- Strong track record in senior FMCG sales leadership, ideally within a well-known food or drink brand.
- Proven top-to-top retailer experience across major UK grocers.
- Demonstrable success identifying and delivering white-space growth.
- Experience expanding into European markets.
- Commercially sharp, data-driven, and confident operating at Board level.
- Credible, influential, and able to build trust quickly with retailers and internal stakeholders.
