QLM Search are partnering with a high-growth, branded food manufacturing group to appoint an outstanding Senior Commercial Director to lead the next phase of strategic and commercial development. This is a pivotal executive role, responsible for shaping and delivering a best-in-class commercial agenda across marketing and sales, driving both brand equity and revenue growth in highly competitive markets.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the full commercial strategy, with accountability for both world-class brand building and high-performing sales execution. This role requires a rare blend of strategic marketing excellence and proven sales leadership, with the ability to translate insight-led brand strategies into tangible commercial outcomes.

You will lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams across marketing, category, and sales, ensuring alignment behind a clear growth vision and delivering sustainable, profitable expansion across key channels.
