QLM Search is partnering with a leading international food group to appoint a Chief of Staff into a highly visible role. The business operates across multiple European markets and is focused on delivering its growth ambitions through stronger market strategy, customer insight and commercial execution.
The Chief of Staff will provide strategic and analytical support across a number of the organisation’s key priorities, helping translate strategy into clear plans and actions. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development and execution of market and commercial strategy across key European markets
- Leading strategic planning activities and translating business priorities into market plans
- Using customer, consumer, category and market insights to identify opportunities and inform decision making
- Providing strategic support on key business priorities and projects
- Preparing analysis and recommendations for senior leadership
- Working closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Strategy and market teams
- Tracking progress against strategic priorities and identifying emerging risks and opportunities
- Leading selected strategic projects from analysis through to implementation
The successful candidate will have strong experience in market strategy, strategic planning or commercial strategy, ideally gained within Food, FMCG or a broader consumer environment. You will bring a strong understanding of customer and market insights, excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn complex information into clear commercial recommendations. This role requires someone comfortable working with senior stakeholders across multiple functions and markets, combining strategic thinking with a practical approach to execution.
