Key responsibilities include:

Setting and executing a global commercial strategy that delivers profitable, sustainable growth.

Building commercial capability across regions and functions, fostering a data-driven, consumer‐centric culture.

Optimising pricing, trade, and channel strategy to unlock new value opportunities.

Partnering with the CEO, CFO, and investors to ensure commercial performance supports strategic and financial ambitions.

Leading transformation initiatives that deliver both top‐line acceleration and margin improvement.

Developing high‐performing teams that operate with pace, accountability, and agility.

Ideal profile:

Extensive senior leadership experience in food or beverage manufacturing

A track record of delivering commercial transformation in complex, international businesses.

Experience working with or within private equity‐backed or highly performance‐driven organisations.

Strong P&L ownership and financial acumen, able to drive growth while improving profitability and capital efficiency.

An authentic, energising leadership style that motivates teams and builds capability at scale.
