QLM Search is partnering with a highly acquisitive Chilled Food Group that requires a Site Director / General Manager to lead a high-profile operation. Reporting to the COO, you will manage the leadership team of a major manufacturing site, take responsibility for setting strategic objectives and driving performance to exceed customer expectations.
Driving the simplification of production processes through standardization, technology and innovation, and the implementation of Lean methodologies.
Working collaboratively with customers and the commercial team to effectively manage and develop current and future business plans.
