QLM Search is partnering with an international drinks group to identify a Head of Revenue Growth Management (RGM). This is a newly created role, central to driving profitable growth through best-in-class revenue management practices. You will lead the development and execution of the RGM agenda, working cross-functionally to optimise pricing, promotions, and mix to unlock margin and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the RGM strategy across markets and channels
- Lead pricing, promotional investment, and trade spend optimisation
- Partner closely with Finance and Commercial teams to drive margin enhancement
- Develop robust analytics and insights to inform price-pack architecture and portfolio strategy
- Establish RGM frameworks, governance, and capability across the business
Candidate Profile:
- Finance leader with experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Pricing within FMCG or Drinks
- Demonstrated expertise in Revenue Growth Management / Net Revenue Management
