QLM Search is partnering an International Food Group to recruit a Divisional CFO. Following an international promotion, this role will be an active partner to the CEO and form an integral part of the executive leadership team. Key deliverables include: Drive and support the multi-year strategy across all international markets. Act as a sparring partner to the Board, ensuring high quality profitability analysis, allowing for the right decision-making – both in the short- and long-term and in a strategic context. Lead the performance management governance and monthly performance review processes across the division. Reinforce the core finance processes and controls discipline, including significantly improving the finance processes, internal control environment, and finance efficiency across the Region. Build the image of the finance function as a capable, trusted business enabler and a highly demanding, yet fair, business challenger. Set the strategic direction for the Region in relation to financial and operational controlling. Drive the development and improvement of the financial processes and strengthen these with the necessary systems. The ideal candidate is a bright and seasoned financial executive with strong analytical skills and a good business sense. S/he has an excellent track record from a similar position within an international complex environment in the pharma / animal nutrition sector in order to be able to hit the ground running.
