QLM Search is partnering with an international drinks group to identify a Head of Revenue Growth Management (RGM). This is a finance-led leadership role, central to driving profitable growth through best-in-class revenue management practices. Sitting within the Finance function, you will lead the development and execution of the RGM agenda, working cross-functionally to optimise pricing, promotions, and mix to unlock margin and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the RGM strategy across markets and channels
  • Lead pricing, promotional investment, and trade spend optimisation
  • Partner closely with Finance and Commercial teams to drive margin enhancement
