QLM Search is partnering with a market-leading Global Food/Ingredients group for the hire of a Global Strategy Director. This outstanding opportunity arises from an internal promotion and involves reporting to the CEO to drive Global Strategy. The position supports the long-term strategy of multiple business units with a global growth agenda in a large and complex business.
Key objectives:
- Leading strategy across 4 clear areas (3 business units and 1 Project group)
- Lead, drive and deliver market strategies, including where to play/how to win
- Manage all frameworks, market assessments, competitor analysis, and market trends
- Identify target areas for value creation across markets, sectors, and geographies
- Support all areas of development for new markets, territories, and products
- Partner with the CEO and global leaders on M&A agenda and execution
- Create global relationships with Managing Directors, Executive committee, Finance, and M&A
To apply, you must be a highly motivated, hands-on strategy leader with deep-rooted experience across Food, Beverage, or B2B sectors.
