Our client, a Global Food Group is partnering QLM Search to appoint a European Managing Director. Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be responsible for setting strategic objectives and driving business performance across all European Markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full responsibility for P&L and delivering strategic goals in line with expectations;
- Creating and developing win-win relationships with key customers;
- Identifying growth opportunities whilst managing risk and aligning strategic goals with operational capability;
- Leading a small but high performing team across all functions to create a collaborative environment and ensure short and long term objectives are met.
