QLM is partnering with a leading European Dairy group to identify their European Project Manager to support their next phase of exciting growth.

This is a pivotal executive leadership role, working in direct partnership with the European Executive Team to lead strategic transformation, business improvement organisational performance and operational delivery across the European business.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced business leader who combines strategic thinking with a highly hands-on approach to project delivery.

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and has the credibility to influence senior leaders while ensuring projects are delivered successfully.

Reporting in to the Group COO, you will provide independent, objective leadership across a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives.

You will bring clarity where there is complexity, create alignment across functions and ensure the Executive Team has a single, accurate analysis and reporting to support effective decision-making.

You will be equally comfortable shaping long-term strategy, resolving operational challenges, leading critical business initiatives and stepping into situations that require decisive leadership.

This role demands someone who leads from the front, removes barriers, drives accountability and delivers results.

Regular travel across Europe will be required in line with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the European Executive Team to define and execute strategic priorities.
  • Lead multiple complex business transformation programmes simultaneously across the European business.
  • Translate strategic objectives into structured delivery plans with clear milestones, governance and measurable business outcomes.
  • Take a highly hands-on approach to programme delivery, ensuring initiatives maintain momentum and deliver tangible value.
  • Establish robust programme governance, performance reporting and executive dashboards.
  • Provide transparent, objective reporting, ensuring leadership has a clear and accurate understanding of programme performance, risks and opportunities.
  • Hold senior stakeholders and programme teams accountable for agreed commitments, milestones and delivery.
  • Drive pace, execution and accountability across multiple workstreams and business functions.
  • Anticipate issues early, remove barriers and ensure programmes remain on track.
  • Lead the business response to critical issues, programme risks and periods of organisational change, bringing structure, clarity and confidence during challenging situations.
  • Support organisational transformation through effective change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and key business partners, representing OSI Group with professionalism and credibility.

We are seeking an experienced transformation leader with a proven track record of delivering complex business change within large operational organisations.

The successful candidate is likely to have built their career within

Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing or Operations before progressing into strategic programme or transformation leadership roles.

Ideally possessing deep operational credibility, enabling them to influence senior stakeholders, challenge constructively and drive sustainable business performance and a strong understanding to best practice project management.

Essential Experience

  • Extensive experience leading enterprise-wide transformation and strategic business programmes.
  • Strong operational background within Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing or Operations.
  • Demonstrable success delivering multiple complex programmes simultaneously.
  • Experience working directly with C-Suite and Board-level stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to establish programme governance, executive reporting and performance management frameworks.
  • Experience leading organisational change across international and matrix organisations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on delivering measurable business growth.
  • Experience holding senior leaders and cross-functional teams accountable for delivery.
  • Proven ability to lead organisations through periods of change, uncertainty or operational challenge.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
  • Comfortable travelling extensively across Europe.
