The Role
The Chief Commercial Officer will lead the global commercial agenda, driving excellence across sales, marketing, category management, and revenue growth, while shaping a high-impact commercial strategy aligned to long-term value creation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting and executing a global commercial strategy that delivers profitable, sustainable growth.
- Building commercial capability across regions and functions, fostering a data-driven, consumer-centric culture.
- Optimising pricing, trade, and channel strategy to unlock new value opportunities.
- Partnering with the CEO to ensure commercial performance supports strategic and financial ambitions.
- Leading transformation initiatives that deliver both top-line acceleration and margin improvement.
- Developing high-performing teams that operate with pace, accountability, and agility.
