We are partnering with a fast-growing international ingredients group with a broad, innovative portfolio. The business is highly acquisitive, agile, and profit-generative – positioning itself as a market leader through strategic expansion and a customer-centric approach. Due to continued growth and increased portfolio complexity, the group is now seeking a Business Unit Director – Growth Markets.

This is a unique role for a leader who has evolved from business strategy into broader general management. You’ll be responsible for driving profitable growth across a variety of high growth technologies, working closely with global leadership, R&D, and key customers. Your focus will be on integrating acquisitions, scaling innovation pipelines, building customer intimacy, and ensuring operational agility while delivering strong commercial returns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business unit strategy and execution, aligning global goals with local delivery
  • Own full P&L accountability, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability

  • Track record of scaling innovation and leading high-performance teams across borders
