A Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader for 16 years in a row, Qlik helps teams get more out of AI with trusted data products, a powerful analytics engine, and AI agents. This helps teams reduce risk and operating costs while scaling AI responsibly. Used by 75% of the Fortune 500, Qlik works with the systems organisations already use, maintaining flexibility without lock-in.

This is your opportunity to step into a highly visible leadership role at the centre of a flagship transformation. As Delivery Lead, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of a multi-year analytics modernisation programme for a Tier-1 global financial services organisation. Reporting to the VP of Professional Services, you’ll guide the migration of enterprise reporting and analytics from legacy platforms (Tableau and Cognos) into the Qlik ecosystem - shaping how a global financial institution consumes and trusts its data.

You won’t just manage a programme. You’ll lead a transformation with executive sponsorship, senior stakeholder visibility, and real enterprise impact. If you’re an experienced project or programme leader ready for bigger scope, broader influence, and a seat at the table - this is that step up.

This is not a single workstream or contained delivery. It’s a complex, high-profile transformation with real scale and challenge. You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead a large-scale analytics migration spanning data ingestion, transformation, modelling, and BI platforms
  • Own the full lifecycle — from mobilisation and planning through execution, testing, release, and transition into business-as-usual
  • Shape programme governance, reporting, and delivery standards across multiple teams
  • Partner directly with business and technology leaders to translate strategic ambitions into tangible outcomes
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across consulting, engineering, architecture, and customer stakeholders
  • Drive strong data quality, governance, and testing practices in a highly regulated financial services environment
  • Champion adoption of modern analytics capabilities into operational environments

This role offers the complexity, executive exposure, and cross-functional leadership that many programme managers seek — but rarely get at this scale.

This programme is more than a platform migration. It’s about modernising how a global financial institution uses data to make decisions. You will:

  • Enable a shift from legacy reporting environments to a modern, scalable analytics ecosystem
  • Bring clarity and structure to a multi-year transformation with multiple dependencies and stakeholders
  • Identify risks early and keep delivery momentum strong, even in complex enterprise settings
  • Ensure that data quality, governance, and testing are embedded — not an afterthought
  • Create alignment between strategic objectives and delivery execution
  • Build confidence at senior leadership level through clear communication and visible progress

Your leadership will directly influence adoption, trust in data, and the long-term success of a high-profile analytics transformation.

We’re looking for a teammate with:

  • 6–9 years of project or programme delivery experience, with a strong track record delivering technology, data, or analytics initiatives
  • Experience working within financial services (either directly within banks/financial institutions or delivering solutions to them via a vendor or consultancy)
  • Comfort operating in large, complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with modern BI and analytics platforms (Qlik, Tableau, Cognos, or similar)
  • Experience with Agile, hybrid, or structured delivery methodologies
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (advantageous)
  • The ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior leaders
  • A proactive mindset with strong organisational and problem-solving capability
