A Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader for 16 years in a row, Qlik helps teams get more out of AI with trusted data products, a powerful analytics engine, and AI agents. This helps teams reduce risk and operating costs while scaling AI responsibly. Used by 75% of the Fortune 500, Qlik works with the systems organisations already use, maintaining flexibility without lock-in.
This is your opportunity to take ownership of Qlik’s UK field marketing strategy and play a highly visible role at the intersection of marketing, sales, customers and revenue growth. As Senior Field Marketing Manager for the UK, you’ll own the UK field marketing plan from strategy through execution, using Account-Based Experience (ABX) as a core framework to engage strategic enterprise accounts, create pipeline, accelerate opportunities and expand Qlik’s footprint.
You won’t just run campaigns. You’ll act as a strategic marketing partner to UK Sales leadership, bringing together market insight, account intelligence, creativity and data to determine where marketing can have the greatest commercial impact. Working closely with Sales, Account Executives, BDRs, Customer Success, Alliances and Marketing, you’ll translate business and territory priorities into integrated programmes that create meaningful customer engagement and measurable revenue outcomes.
If you’re an experienced B2B field marketer ready for greater strategic ownership, executive visibility and direct commercial impact, this is that opportunity.
This is not a traditional field marketing role focused simply on events and campaign execution. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how Qlik engages some of the UK’s most important enterprise organisations and influence the full journey from account engagement through to pipeline and expansion.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Own and execute Qlik’s UK field marketing strategy, aligned to revenue, pipeline and strategic account priorities
- Develop targeted ABX programmes for strategic enterprise and high-potential accounts
- Partner directly with UK Sales leadership and Account Executives to identify where marketing can create, accelerate or expand opportunities
- Translate account, territory and solution priorities into integrated marketing programmes
- Adapt global campaigns to maximise relevance and impact within the UK market
- Build high-impact programmes spanning executive engagement, events, digital, content, social and account-based channels
- Activate partners and alliances where they can strengthen customer relevance, engagement and pipeline impact
- Use intent, account and performance intelligence to prioritise investment and continuously optimise programmes
- Own the UK field marketing budget and make investment decisions based on business opportunity and expected impact
- Bring new ideas, emerging technologies and AI-powered approaches into the way Qlik targets, engages and converts strategic accounts
This role offers the strategic influence, commercial ownership and cross-functional exposure that experienced B2B marketers are looking for — with the opportunity to directly shape Qlik’s growth across the UK.
Your work will sit directly alongside the UK revenue organisation, helping Sales focus marketing effort where it can make the greatest difference. You will:
- Create a UK marketing plan that connects marketing activity directly to business, pipeline and account priorities
- Identify high-value accounts and opportunities where targeted ABX can influence engagement, progression or expansion
- Bring together Sales, BDR, Customer Success, Alliances and Marketing around coordinated account experiences
- Use customer, market, intent and account intelligence to develop proactive recommendations for Sales leadership
- Create executive-level engagement programmes that build relationships within strategic accounts
- Balance global campaign activation with locally relevant UK opportunities and market dynamics
- Measure impact through pipeline creation, opportunity progression, account engagement, acquisition and expansion
- Use data and performance insights to continuously refine programmes, channels and investment
- Communicate results, insights and recommendations clearly to senior Sales and Marketing stakeholders
- Experiment with AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve personalisation, productivity and marketing effectiveness
Your leadership will help determine where Qlik invests its marketing resources, how effectively it engages strategic accounts, and how strongly marketing contributes to UK revenue growth.
We’re looking for a teammate with:

- A strong commercial and strategic mindset, with a clear understanding of marketing’s role in enterprise revenue growth
- Proven experience supporting enterprise Sales organisations and complex B2B buying cycles
- Experience driving pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration and account engagement
- Strong experience partnering with Sales leadership and Account Executives
- Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, data, analytics or AI technology preferred
- Deep understanding of ABM/ABX and account-based selling
- Experience working with partner and alliance ecosystems
