Title: Qlaims Adjuster, Head of Region – South

Location: South of England

The opportunity: We are seeking a talented, proactive and ambitious loss adjuster to handle a portfolio of commercial (including business interruption), domestic, and HNW property claims. As Head of Region, your role involves handling your own case load, as well as managing the performance of the panel of third-party client facing adjusters in your region.

Requirements:

• You’ll be ACILA qualified (or working towards) and have a proven track record in the loss adjusting industry with a genuine passion for great customer experience.
• You’ll be confident and firm in negotiation; knowledgeable in policy T&Cs and claim procedures; empathetic to policyholders during their claim and proactive in its management. Our claims are generally £50k to £1m in value, and beyond on occasions.
• You’re someone who can embrace technology including our online claims portal and you’ll be proficient in MS office suite.
• You’ll understand the value of communication and collaboration and inspire others around you to deliver excellent client service.

The role is home based. A full UK driving licence is required.
