We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing business looking to add an IT Support Technician to their Wrexham-based team, with flexibility around hybrid work or on-site full time. This is a dual site business so you may need to attend the other site on occasion. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on IT support experience to join a small team and gain exposure across a wide range of systems and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line/deskside IT support
  • Support user onboarding/offboarding and access management
  • Set up and maintain laptops, hardware, and workstations
  • Assist with helpdesk ticket triage and issue escalation
