Our client based in North Wales is seeking an experienced Technical Administrator to join their busy team. As a Technical Administrator you will maintain and update the quality manual and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), write up, draft responses and record responses to complaints and NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and compile information for monthly and sporadic reports. You will also draft, review and amend policies, procedures and other paperwork, input schedules, monitor, support and update third party accreditation databases and audits and provide administration support to the Technical department.
The successful candidate will have experience in administration, ideally within a manufacturing company and an understanding of BRC. It would also be useful, but not essential, to have knowledge and experience of HACCP training and building HACCP flows and risk assessments. With a can-do attitude, strong IT skills, particularly in word and excel, attention to detail, and being able to work within a team or on their own the successful candidate will have excellent time keeping, able to work to deadlines and work under pressure.
