As a People & Culture Manager, you'll be at the heart of our volunteering team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment and onboarding, mentoring, developing HR policies, and partnering with senior management.

What will you be doing?

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated People & Culture Manager and Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our volunteers, ensuring a positive and productive environment that aligns with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new volunteers
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture
  • Provide support and guidance to volunteers or Team Leaders, addressing any concerns or issues
  • Facilitate HR team meetings and ensure effective communication among team members
  • Alongside other Team Leaders, monitor volunteer performance and provide feedback

Commitment:

  • Minimum of 3 hours per week
  • Timely communication and responsiveness
  • Ideally long-term engagement (6 months or more)
