Seeking an enthusiastic CMS Editor to help create, refine, and maintain content across our websites.

What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and motivated volunteer with a passion for digital content and a good eye for accuracy and presentation.
The ideal candidate will have experience using a Content Management System (such as Word Press).
You should be comfortable working independently, have strong written English and proofreading skills, and be confident handling text, images, and links within web templates.
Familiarity with basic HTML or SEO principles would be an advantage, as would any background in communications, journalism, or digital marketing.

What will you be doing?
We are seeking a talented CMS editor to manage content for our newly designed website.
You will work in close partnership with our Marketing, Design, and Editorial teams to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Roles And Responsibilities
- Publish, update, and manage content within the CMS to keep our digital presence current.
- Maintain and refresh existing pages to ensure information is accurate, relevant, and engaging for all audiences.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, web accessibility standards, and digital best practices.
- Conduct thorough content QA—reviewing for accuracy, formatting, links, and functionality across various devices and browsers.
- Coordinate content schedules and deadlines to ensure consistent and timely publication.
- Facilitate localisation requests and region‑specific content updates to support our global users.
- Perform foundational SEO tasks to improve content discoverability.
- Contribute to content audits and ongoing enhancements of the user journey.
- Support the implementation and testing of new CMS features and tools.
- Partner with Marketing, Editorial, People & Culture to synchronise website updates with our social media.
- Assist with web releases by testing new pages, features, and bug fixes prior to go‑live.
