Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Bilingual Medical Assistant (Chinese-English) role based in London at Qin's Clinic, 22 Harley Street. The Medical Assistant will support our medical lead by facilitating Chinese-English communication , preparing treatment rooms, assisting during acupuncture sessions, and ensuring a clean and organised clinical environment. Daily responsibilities include greeting patients, taking basic health information, updating medical records, and managing appointment flow to support efficient clinic operations. The role also involves medical interpreting, maintaining supplies, handling routine administrative tasks within the medical office, and supporting patient comfort and safety before, during, and after treatments. The Medical Assistant will collaborate closely with the clinical team to provide a professional, welcoming experience for all patients.
Qualifications
You do not need to have worked in a medical clinic before, nor do you need to hold a formal interpreting or translation qualification to be considered.

- Aspiring or trained interpreters and translators.
- Individuals with experience in customer service, hospitality, administration or other communication-focused roles.
- Recent graduates or career changers who demonstrate the qualities outlined above.
- Individuals with an interest in healthcare, patient communication or Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Training and close guidance will be provided, particularly in relation to clinic workflows, communication procedures and the expectations of the role.
