- Contribute ideas that enhance shopper experience and engagement.
- Recommend materials and design approaches with an understanding of construction techniques.
- Participate in internal workshops, presentations and creative pitches.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience in retail, interior, architecture or experiential design.
- Strong knowledge and application of 3D design and visualisation software.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong creative thinking and concept development.
- Understanding of materials, fabrication and construction techniques.

- Sketching ability is viewed favourably.
- Experience working with global consumer or luxury brands is a bonus.

- Collaboration with a diverse, international team across our global studios.
- A supportive environment focused on career development and growth.
- Competitive leave entitlements, including a birthday day off.
- A flexible working environment that balances collaboration and autonomy.
- A culture that values diversity, creativity and curiosity.
Application: If this sounds like you, send us your resume and portfolio and tell us why you’d be a great addition to the Purple Nation. Not sure you tick every box? Apply anyway - we’re more interested in creative thinkers and great people than perfect checklists.
