The Role
:
As a Service Transition Manager you will be working in an internal and customer facing role which is responsible for managing the transition of new and changing services and their support for complex programmes and projects.
Day-to-day, you willbe working closely with the Head of Tech & Service Operations to ensure that service management and operational requirements are met during project delivery.
