Overview

In this role you will lead specialist construction and estates projects across the Rosyth site, steering the full project lifecycle from planning to execution.

You’ll work within the Qineti Q estate portfolio, balancing maintenance, refurbishment and new build work while managing safety culture and cross-functional delivery.

You will collaborate with contractors and internal teams to ensure projects meet time, budget and regulatory requirements.

This is a hands-on PM role at a defence-focused organisation with a clear impact on site resilience and capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Organise the project, team, and delivery
