QinetiQ is seeking a Small Works Manager at our Rosneath site to lead and manage small maintenance, reactive and minor works within Estates Delivery across the LTPA and QE Estate, ensuring high service delivery.
You will coordinate project teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with CDM and Building Regulations, working with MoD processes and reporting to senior PM resources.
The role is 37 hours a week, travel to sites across the central belt, and requires SC clearance eligibility.
