QinetiQ Shoeburyness is seeking a Resource Manager to coordinate people, facilities and equipment across a busy engineering and testing environment, ensuring delivery of projects and trials while balancing priorities and providing clear visibility of resource availability.

You will work with Project Managers, Engineering, Operations and Facility Managers to resolve scheduling conflicts, monitor maintenance and absences, and produce capacity and planning reports to support decision-making.
