The Role

As the Waddington Site and Project Administrator, you’ll drive operational excellence by providing robust administrative support, secure information management and seamless coordination across projects and stakeholders. Day-to-day, you’ll support office operations and project delivery by managing information and documentation, coordinating meetings and site activities, monitoring shared mailboxes and ensuring the secure handling of materials and assets.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing classified materials and ensuring secure handling, storage, and disposal processes
  • Creating and maintaining SharePoint sites, including document control and version management
  • Organising and facilitating meetings, site visits, and stakeholder engagements
  • Monitoring project mailboxes and distributing communications effectively
  • Supporting procurement activities, including raising and tracking purchase orders
  • Producing reports and providing administrative support to projects and site operations

Essential experience:

  • Proven experience in administrative support within a project or office environment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Ability to communicate confidently with a range of stakeholders including senior personnel
  • Experience managing confidential or sensitive information with attention to detail
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint and document management systems

Essential qualifications:

  • Qualified to GCSE level or equivalent
  • Level 3 business administration qualification or equivalent experience

This role is 37 hours per week based onsite at our RAF Waddington location.
