Role Purpose
The Human Performance team is looking for a Physiology or Biomedical Science graduate to contribute to research projects that help understand hazards faced by military personnel and to identify solutions that maximise performance and safety. Projects are largely in the air domain, assessing physiological responses in high altitude aircraft, sustained acceleration in fast jets, and extreme hot/cold conditions. Most work supports defence and security customers. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will answer customer questions by conducting research, testing equipment, and analysing data to provide evidence‑based recommendations. You will design, run, analyse and report trials, including volunteer participant trials, through documentation and presentations.

- Takes responsibility for your actions, performance, and knows when to seek help or escalate issues.
- Delivers high-quality outputs within agreed timelines.
- Carries out routine tasks with minimal support following relevant training.

Academic Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Physiology, Human Physiology, Sports Science, Biomedical Science, or equivalent.
