The People Graduate Scheme is a structured development programme designed to build future HR professionals through hands‑on experience, continuous learning, and exposure to key areas of the People function. At the heart of the business, the People function enables organisational success by connecting people priorities with business objectives. As a People Graduate, you will act as a conduit between the business and its people, supporting solutions that drive performance, engagement, and organisational effectiveness. You will complete rotations across multiple People disciplines, developing the knowledge, skills, and commercial awareness needed for a career in HR.
What You Will Gain
