The Role: As a Cleaner, you will provide robust and flexible support and undertake a number of duties. You will act as a Property Service Operative where your job will be 80% cleaning and 20% will be undertaking other tasks such as low level routine maintenance, lift and shift, post, escorting and other general duties in support of the Group Property operations on a site.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Be carrying out cleaning of all internal areas on site, including offices, toilets, labs and kitchens
  • Deliver general service tasks as identified such as hanging notice boards, weekly shower flushes and recording for audit purposes
  • Ensure maintenance standards and quality of work delivered are to the required level
  • Assist in resolving customer issues with outstanding tasks or deliveries

Essential experience of the Cleaner:

  • You must have previous experience as a Cleaner
  • You must have a valid UK Driving License

Essential qualifications for the Cleaner: We value difference and we do not have a fixed idea when it comes to background or education, provided you can show the required level of experience and willingness to learn then we would like to hear from you. This role is 20 hours per week based at our Portsmouth site. Preferred working times are 07:00 – 11:00.

Please note that all applicants must be eligible for SC clearance, as a minimum.
