Change Manager

Overview

QinetiQ Waddington, Lincoln site

Role: Change Manager. Location: RAF Waddington, Lincolnshire. 37 hours per week, on-site.

Responsibilities

• Applying an ITIL best practice for change management following established workflows and operating procedures
• Ensuring that all process and policy documentation is maintained under document control delivering consistent and high quality service to the customer
• Collaborating with team members and contributing towards service improvement opportunities
• Producing management information for stakeholders of the supported applications/products and services
• Producing reports and ensuring all standards and regulatory compliance practices are adhered to
• Updating training, creating awareness and publicising new change management capabilities

Essential Experience

• Strong customer service experience with strong administration skills
• Previous experience of Continuous Service Improvement and Change Management
• A good understanding of reporting and analytics skills that provide clear insights
• ITIL 4 Foundation
• Strong service delivery skills and relationship management skills
