Role Purpose: Build skillset and succession plan/resilience for the Malvern Workshop. The Malvern workshop responds to R&D requirements from all/any projects, typically from scientists and engineers looking to explore ideas. We need to develop an individual and a range of experience levels in the workshop. We are looking for someone who loves solving problems with their hands.
Key Accountabilities:
- Take on board new skills

- Learning about configuration control and quality management systems
