THE ROLE
As a result of Inzpireâs continued success and business expansion in both the UK and overseas markets we are seeking Expressions of Interest from exceptional individuals with Protective Security expertise, to work within the Technical Services area of Inzpire. We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced Protective Security Specialists to work within our growing Capability Security Team to provide specialist security support to MOD programmes and projects classified up to and including Above Secret. This work includes support to the Defence Industry partners delivering these programmes and projects on behalf of MOD and other UK Government Departments.
Suitable applicants must be Protective Security specialists with experience in all / some of the following areas:
- security administration
- security policy and processes
- security training and education delivery
- security assurance
- security risk management
- international capability programme security experience (e.g. Combat Air) would also be highly desirable.
The roles will support different aspects of significant MOD capability development programmes. We have both immediate vacancies and longer-term opportunities with start dates in the 6â18-month timeframe. Please let us know your availability when contacting us.
THE PERSON
We are keen to hear from truly exceptional, professionally credible, âoperationally experiencedâ security experts who can draw on an in-depth knowledge of Protective Security Policy, Procedures, and Risk Management principles within the Defence and Government sectors, up to the highest security classifications. Additionally, a background in Above Secret security would be beneficial. You will enjoy customer-facing roles which will include consultancy, advice and mentoring to our customers, direct support in delivering specific contracted outputs, conducting assurance activities and constructing and delivering security training products. You will work with other Inzpire personnel and customer staff and should have great interpersonal and communications skills, integrity and strength of character, plus the enthusiasm to deliver against the contract.

Due to the nature of elements of the role, the successful applicant must be a UK National and may be required to successfully complete National Security Vetting which may require criminal record, security service and credit reference checks; qualification will also normally require a minimum UK residency of at least 5 years.
