Our central business functions are located in an easily accessible, bright and modern head office to the west of Lincoln, alongside our mission systems team, while the majority of our operational specialists are embedded alongside our Defence customers.
Inzpire provides White Force and Exercise Control services to multiple customers worldwide: UK MoD, coalition foreign military organisations (Air and Space focused) and global Defence companies. The role will be varied but you can expect up to 16-20 weeks of the year delivering overseas training for our customers. A generous deployment bonus scheme will apply. Inzpire’s WF SMEs are servicing a growing Global customer base, providing expertise and experience in the delivery of live and synthetic Air CT exercises including the application of the Plan, Brief, Execution and Debrief (PBED) cycle.
Operating within a small team of CT SMEs, key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- During the exercise planning phase, ensuring the delivery of the baseline exercise scenario design, production of appropriate supporting Operational Staff Work, delivery of any required pre-exercise briefs to key stakeholders and other tasks as agreed with exercise owner/customer.
- During the exercise execution phase, perform Exercise Control duties (Exercise Coordination Officer, Red Air Coordinator etc.) to ensure any specified training audience desired learning objectives are met.
- Provide input into any pre-defined customer debrief process and, where required, assist in identifying appropriate debrief focal points.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience/knowledge of the UK Air CT exercise PBED cycle.
- Confident presenter capable of briefing complex subjects to a large audience.
- Have experience in Air training in the live or synthetic environment, preferably from a Combat Air (CA) or Air C2 SME background.
- Previous knowledge of UK, NATO, or US military Air integration planning methodology.
- Be willing to embrace the Inzpire work ethic of loyalty, flexibility, and consistently delivering beyond our customer’s expectations.
- Hold, or have previously held, appropriate security clearances.
- UK QWI (or equivalent), MC, WCI NATO/US military exchange, EWI, or other Air instructor qualifications.
- Firsthand Air or Joint Force exercise planning and delivery.
- Experience working with 4th and 5th Gen CA platforms.
- Experience collaborating with international partner nations.
- Experience working within a Whole Force construct to ensure effective project delivery.
Due to the nature of elements of the role, the successful applicant must be a UK National and may be required to successfully complete National Security Vetting which may require criminal record, security service and credit reference checks; qualification will also normally require a minimum UK residency of at least 5 years.
