About the Company

We are a defence and technology company that designs, develops and delivers advanced defence training products and services.

The Role

The role involves developing software for synthetic training devices, including stand‑alone applications and Mixed‑Reality integrations focused on unmanned systems. Responsibilities include:

  • Flight dynamics modelling and simulation of unmanned air (or other) systems.
  • Python scripting.
  • MavLink protocols and communications.
  • Programming in C, C++ or C#.
  • Building applications with .NET MAUI.
  • Networking (UDP) and video streaming.
  • VR, AR, MR integration and development.

Experience with collaborative development tools (Azure DevOps, Git) is essential. SCRUM development methodology experience or qualifications are advantageous. UK National only; National Security Vetting may be required. At least 5 years UK residency. Travel to MoD Boscombe Down twice monthly, with at least one overnight stay.
